Profile
Alex is a Senior Fund Manager with Allianz Global Investors, which he joined in 2022. He is part of the Global Sustainability /SRI Equity team and co-portfolio manager of the Allianz Global Sustainability Fund.
Alex started his investment career in 2006 with Long/Short boutique Ratio Asset Management in London, then moved to Sydney in 2011 with IFM Investors to launch an Australian Small Cap fund. Alex was also a fund manager with Sarasin & Partners in London from 2015 to 2022 where he managed a selection of thematically and sustainability-focused global equity funds as well as being the lead analyst on the Climate Change Theme.
He holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Administration from Bournemouth University, and the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business
