Profile

Gavin Haran is in the Asset Management and Funds Policy team at the Financial Conduct Authority. He is leading the FCA’s AIFMD reforms and working on policy related to investment in private markets.

Prior to this, Gavin was Head of Asset Management Policy at the law firm Macfarlanes, and an Executive Director at JP Morgan. He has previously worked in banking and in government.
