James Fouracre is Head of UK Institutional at Nomura Asset Management, responsible for the firm’s relationships and growth across DB, DC, LGPS, Insurance, OCIO and Charities.

James has extensive experience across institutional asset management, working with pensions schemes, insurers, investment consultants, and other institutional investors, with a particular focus on developing long-term strategic partnerships and investment solutions.

Prior to joining Nomura, James led Ruffer’s global retirement business, alongside responsibility for UK institutional strategy and global consultant relations. Previously, he held senior global and regional distribution roles at HSBC Asset Management.
