Taha is Director, EMEA Government Relations & Public Policy at Invesco. Based in London, he engages with policymakers, regulators and industry associations across Europe on asset management regulatory and public policy issues, with a particular focus on capital markets integration, liquidity and money market fund reforms, fund regulation and cross-border distribution.

Prior to joining Invesco, he served in the Chief of Staff Office of the UK CEO and Global COO of UBS Asset Management, advising senior management on strategic, regulatory and public policy priorities through the acquisition of Credit Suisse.

Earlier, he worked in the International Division of the UK Financial Conduct Authority on Brexit, financial stability and the UK’s relationships with European authorities, and held public affairs roles at Credit Agricole Group and the European Banking Federation in Paris and Brussels.
