I have a masters degree from Lappeenranta university of technology (environmental technologies in energy production). After my graduation in 2008 I have worked in various nuclear waste management positions in Finland. In the utility sector I worked for example in decommissioning planning , high level waste disposal planning, new build project maintenance waste management planning, and project manager for interim spent fuel storage planning. Past three years I have been working in Finnish regulatory body STUK. Currently my tasks are related to high level waste repository research, planning and constructions regulatory oversight. Additionally, I am involved in the decommissioning planning oversight tasks.
