Course Information

Registration will be at 08:30 on Day One. The course will commence at 09:00 and end at 14:30. There will be breaks for refreshments and lunch will be served at the end of each day’s session (for in-person delegates).

Richard is an expert in financial services, with specific focus on fintech: the transformational effect of the digital revolution.  

Starting his career at NatWest where his 20-year experience covered all sectors, especially retail banking, in front-line, advisory, strategic, and senior line management roles, where his work involved guiding in the role of technology in banking. With his combination of large and small company experience, Richard is now advising a range of businesses on their digital and fintech strategies, as well as leading training programs on the digitisation of financial services in numerous international markets.
