Make Your Hotel Reservation

A hotel reservation will be made on your behalf based on the information you provide during the registration process. Room and tax for two nights (April 27 and April 29) will be covered by CSP, unless you inform us otherwise. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If you choose to extend your stay, you may certainly do so at your own expense.

Please make your hotel reservation directly through the official room block. Please book your hotel before Monday, April 6, 2026, to receive the group rate.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation charges of one night's room and tax, reservations should be cancelled by 5 PM hotel time 72 hours before arrival.
