Dr Ahmed Mohamed El Essawi is a seasoned education leader with over 35 years’ experience building, leading, and advising K–12 schools across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt. He is CEO and Education Consultant at Ellesmere College Riyadh, Director General/Principal of Princeton International School in Cairo, and Education Consultant to Glory International Schools (2,700+ students) and New Generation International Schools in Riyadh and Yanbu. Across the schools he supervises, student enrolment typically doubles – sometimes two or three times – within the second and third years of operation, driven by improved quality, governance and parent satisfaction.
Dr Ahmed holds a PhD in Educational Administration, an M.Ed in Leadership, and an MA in TESOL. He is accredited as an IB Head of School (DP, PYP, MYP), STEM CEO, Trainer of Trainers, and Microsoft Certified Educator. He brings a pragmatic operator’s perspective on licensing, accreditation, regulatory compliance, rapid growth and the pitfalls investors often miss in due diligence.
