Having worked in the education sector for over 15 years, Clemmie has held various leadership roles including Head, Executive Principal and Director of Learning and Teaching. She most recently worked on the inception, creation and success of Beech Hall School Riyadh, the first fully inclusive school in the region. Passionate about inclusion, quality teaching and learning, and developing leaders, Clemmie is experienced in supporting schools to improve outcomes for children, staff and parents. She regularly speaks at events about how schools can be fully inclusive, and why it matters. Outside of this, she has also spoken at a TEDx event and is a published author, having researched and written about how to best engage with parents and carers, with Dr Emma Kell.
