Dr. Sairah Narmah-Alqasim is a Partner at Pinsent Masons and a leading legal advisor in Saudi Arabia’s education sector. With over 20 years of experience in legal practice and academia, she heads both the Education and Employment Practices for Pinsent Masons in the Kingdom, where she advises key stakeholders to shape legal strategy for education providers and investors.

Dr. Narmah-Alqasim is at the forefront of advising on education sector investment, working closely with public and private institutions, K-12 operators, universities, and embassy-led community schools.
