Profile

Dr. Sairah Narmah-Alqasim is a Partner at Pinsent Masons and a leading legal advisor in Saudi Arabia’s education sector. With over 20 years of experience in legal practice and academia, she heads both the Education and Employment Practices for Pinsent Masons in the Kingdom, where she advises key stakeholders to shape legal strategy for education providers and investors.

Dr. Narmah-Alqasim is at the forefront of advising on education sector investment, working closely with public and private institutions, K-12 operators, universities, and embassy-led community schools. She supports clients on regulatory frameworks, strategic transactions, governance, and operational compliance—helping investors navigate the complexities of entering and scaling within the Saudi education market.

Her deep sector insight is rooted in her academic leadership as a former assistant professor and vice dean at one of the largest law schools in KSA, and as senior legal counsel and head of the law department at one of the first all-women’s private universities in the Kingdom. This unique blend of legal and academic experience positions her as a trusted advisor to both institutional stakeholders and private investors.

Beyond education, Dr. Narmah-Alqasim as a Partner in the Pinsent Masons Transactional Services team, has represented a wide range of clients—including listed companies, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals—across high-value corporate and commercial matters. She is also a compliance practitioner and a published author of legal practice notes and sector-specific thought leadership.
