Dr. Sami Alshwairkh is the Chief Strategy Officer at Numou Education Center, with over two decades of leadership in education, strategy, and business development in Saudi Arabia. He has overseen large-scale initiatives that advanced national education reform, most notably during his tenure as Adviser to the Minister of Education and General Supervisor of the Curriculum Development Center. There, he led national projects under Saudi Vision 2030, including curriculum modernisation and skills development programs that directly impacted millions of learners and educators.
In addition to senior leadership roles in both public institutions and private companies, he has served as CEO for multinational education organisations, driving partnerships and sustainable growth. He has established a strong track record in leadership coaching, professional development, and organisational capacity building. Dr. Alshwairkh holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a PhD in Composition and TESOL from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
