As the Director of Innovation at Kidzink, a Dubai-based school furniture and interior design company, Elfyn draws on his extensive background in education and design. Over a decade in Design and Technology and innovation in education has fuelled his mission to bring fresh ideas to students and educators.

Having been active in national and international STEAM projects, he has recently contributed to the inception of the DICE (Design, Innovation, Computing, and Enterprise) curriculum. This pioneering curriculum not only prioritises Design Thinking, Innovation, and Creativity but also seamlessly integrates with spatial design concepts. It ensures that students not only grasp theoretical knowledge but also engage with it in physical learning spaces. The DICE curriculum's excellence recently earned it the International Schools Award for Innovation.

Elfyn believes in enriching student experiences beyond classrooms, fostering connections with parents, industry partners, and the wider community. Working for Kidzink, who were recently recognised as one of the most innovative company in education by Fast Company, fills him with pride and further fuels my commitment to shaping the future of learning.
