Fouzia Patankar is a Chartered Accountant and senior finance executive with deep expertise in IPO execution, investment strategy, and operational finance. As Head of Investment and Treasury at AlAndalus Educational Company, she leads end-to-end IPO delivery—regulatory alignment, financial modeling, investor engagement, and capital structuring—fully compliant with CMA and Vision 2030. She has overseen due diligence, filings, and funding negotiations with banks and ministries.

Her operational leadership spans budgeting, ERP integration, Zakat and VAT compliance, and audit readiness, ensuring resilient financial systems. Fouzia aligns fiscal governance with institutional growth, optimizes treasury workflows, and delivers board-level reporting that drives strategic decisions. She previously held senior roles across education, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, including as Director of Accounting at Dar Al Hekma University.
