Currently leading a nationwide early years education venture in Saudi Arabia, Hamdi is translating institutional rigor into early cognitive intervention, recognising that lasting workforce and societal transformation begins in the earliest years of development. He is regularly engaged by senior government and institutional bodies to advise on national-scale human development structural reforms. Hamdi holds a M.S in Human Resource Management and OD, completed with distinction in the United States.
