With over 35 years of global experience spanning school group leadership, advisory, and executive management, Helen Kavanagh currently serves as the Interim COO of Social Impact Capital Education (SICE) and Co-Founder of chk Education Services. Helen has held prominent leadership roles across the UK, UAE, India, and China, including serving as the first International Business Director for Wellington College UK and the first Group CEO of Wellington College China. In 2006 she became the first employee for Nord Anglia in the Middle East , establishing the company in the UAE. Throughout her career, Helen has been a senior inspections manager, overseeing the quality of more than 1,500 schools and held two headships in England, demonstrating her deep commitment to educational excellence and strategic school development. At chk, she is an empowering visionary supporting schools to attract and retain world-class educators and leaders, and providing organisations with intelligence reports that are relevant and meaningful.
