Mohammed A. AlGhamdi is a Board Director, Chief Executive Officer, and corporate governance leader with over two decades of executive experience spanning education, investment, entrepreneurship, and institutional development. He is the Founder and CEO of AlRoshd Education Company, where he is leading the development of a next-generation K-12 educational institution aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Throughout his career, Mohammed has served on corporate boards and investment committees, contributing to strategy, governance, capital allocation, and organisational transformation across privately held companies and family businesses. He holds the Executive MBA-Global jointly awarded by London Business School and Columbia Business School, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an Accredited Consultant Arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. His work focuses on building enduring institutions through principled leadership, corporate governance, and long-term value creation.
