Noorah is a Partner in EY's Strategy & Transactions practice, leading the KSA Education Sector for over 9 years. With 14 years of experience, she specializes in strategic and corporate finance advisory for diverse clients, including family businesses, international funds and operators, listed entities as well as public sector clients.

Her experience lies in strategic and corporate finance advisory services. Noorah also leads the valuation practice for EY in KSA, she is a certified valuation expert by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, and she holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Cambridge, UK.
