Noorah is a Strategy & Transactions Partner for EY and holds multiple leadership positions.

She has been leading the KSA Education Sector for EY’s Strategy & Transactions Department for the past 8 years. She has extensive experience focusing on advising a range of private clients including family businesses and listed entities along with public sector clients.

Her experience lies in strategic and corporate finance advisory services. Noorah also leads the valuation practice for EY in KSA, she is a certified valuation expert by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, and she holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Cambridge, UK.
