Talha Maqsood is a distinguished real estate professional with over 17 years of industry experience in the MENA region. His expertise spans a broad array of asset classes including residential, commercial, retail, education, healthcare, F&B, entertainment and industrial sectors. Talha has a proved track record in leading complex master planning and development projects for new cities and has conducted numerous market and financial feasibility studies, along with highest and best use analyses.

He has spearheaded pivotal educational projects across the region, focusing on feasibility studies for K-12 schools and universities, demonstrating his strong commitment to advancing educational infrastructure.

Before his current role at Colliers, Talha was an integral member of the Development Planning & Finance team at Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Properties, where he honed his strategic planning and financial acumen. At Colliers, he holds a key position where he provides comprehensive services to clients across the region, including Strategic and Business Planning, Market and Financial Feasibility Studies, Land, Property, and Business Valuation, Market and Commercial Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions Assistance, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Privatisation Initiatives, Operator Selection and Contract Negotiation.
