Talha Maqsood is a seasoned real estate and development professional with over 18 years of experience across the MENA region. He currently leads the Real Estate, Healthcare and Education practice at Colliers, where he advises public and private sector clients on strategic planning, feasibility assessments, and development advisory for large-scale social infrastructure projects.

Talha’s expertise spans multiple asset classes — including education, healthcare, residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments — with a particular focus on advancing the education sector through data-driven planning and investment strategies. He has led numerous feasibility studies and highest-and-best-use analyses for K–12 schools and higher education institutions across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives for human capital and social infrastructure development.

Before joining Colliers, Talha was part of the Development Planning & Finance team at Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Properties, where he played a key role in master planning and investment strategy for masterplan development in Riyadh, KSA.

Recognized for his strategic foresight and deep market insight, Talha continues to support government entities, investors, and operators in shaping sustainable and future-ready education ecosystems across the Middle East.
