Waleed Bin Abdullah Bakarman is a senior real estate investment executive with over 16 years of experience in managing and structuring large-scale real estate portfolios, funds, and PPPs across Saudi Arabia’s sovereign, governmental, and private sectors.

He currently serves as Director of Real Estate and Alternative Investments at SAB Invest and sits on the boards of four major funds exceeding SAR 3 billion in target value. His track record includes leading real estate transactions worth over SAR 6 billion and contributing to the establishment of mega real estate companies with SAR 24 billion in capital.

Waleed holds an MBA, CAIA charter, and has completed the MIT Global Real Estate Leaders Program. His expertise spans fund governance, asset management, valuation, financial structuring, and sustainable real estate development
