Participants can then choose to advance to a three-day practitioner module, where they will gain practical tools, real-world insights, and guidance from experienced trainers. Learning Objectives

The EFQM Certified Change Expert programme includes a one-day foundation course that covers essential change management principles followed by the 3-day EFQM Certified Change Practitioner Course.
