Mr. Iosilevich is a Founder and Managing Partner of Alignment Growth, where he serves on the firm’s investment committee.

Mr. Iosilevich has over 25 years of experience evaluating and executing investments across the Media & Entertainment ecosystem and advising companies on their own growth ambitions. Prior to founding Alignment Growth, Mr. Iosilevich co-founded Alignment Credit, an investment firm focused on credit investments in emerging growth companies. Previously, he served as the Head of Media Investment Banking at UBS and held similar roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays. Over the course of his investment banking career, Mr. Iosilevich led over 170 corporate finance and M&A transactions totaling $200 billion and served as a strategic thought leader in the video games sector, having led over 50 M&A and capital raising transactions totaling approximately $60 billion in value. Earlier in his career, Mr. Iosilevich held various advisory roles at Liberty Media, Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette (DLJ), and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Iosilevich currently serves on the Boards of Nexon Co., Ltd., and Crunchbase, Inc. and is a Board Observer at Build a Rocket Boy and GOAT Studios.

Mr. Iosilevich received his Sc.D. and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
