Anthony Cimino is the Head of Policy at Carta, a platform that connects founders, investors, and limited partners by helping over 50,000 companies manage their equity while providing fund administration for nearly 9,000 funds and SPVs representing over $188 billion in assets. He leads the team focused on expanding equity ownership and bolstering private markets through policy development and advocacy. Before joining Carta, Anthony was the Head of Government Affairs at the Bank Policy Institute and began his career with the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins and an undergraduate degree from UCLA.
