Assia Grazioli-Venier is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Muse Capital, a consumer technology fund investing in companies that should exist, especially those transforming how we care, live, and play. A recognized force in women’s healthcare and tech-enabled consumer innovation, Assia’s investment philosophy bridges purpose and performance, focusing on underserved markets with global scale potential.

With a deep commitment to reshaping healthcare (particularly for women) Muse Capital has backed category-defining startups early, including Midi, Mahmee, CoFertility, and Eli Health. Assia sees health as a universal connector, and through Muse Sport - the advisory arm of Muse Capital - she extends this thesis into emerging sports and performance infrastructure. Muse Sport brings core LPs into opportunities across teams and platforms like the Washington Spirit, SailGP, Sequel, and Sports Innovation Lab to unlock both commercial and cultural value. She has been Chair and an early advisor to the the Women’s Pro Baseball League and today she serves as Executive Chairman of Maxima Roma Basketball.

From Ministry of Sound to Spotify to Juventus Football Club, Assia has built a career on seeing around corners, spotting shifts before they hit the mainstream. She brings that foresight, along with a global network and sharp strategic instinct, to every founder she supports.

She has served on the boards of Juventus FC, NYSE:TPB, Revelstone SPAC, and Northzone, and advises organizations including AllRaise and the Sports Innovation Lab. A breast cancer survivor and proud dyslexic, Assia is a fierce advocate for diversity in business and in life.

Born in Rome, educated in the U.S., and now based between New York and Los Angeles, Assia speaks four languages and has lived across five global capitals.
