Bryan Miller, PE, MBA is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of Fenomenon Aviation Management, a private equity firm that operates across the global aviation market for mid-life commercial, cargo and government/defense aircraft, engines and related assets. Bryan is a former U.S. Marine Corps Aviator who served as V-22 Osprey Instructor Pilot and Squadron COO, bringing that operational discipline into the commercial space. He holds a BS in Marine Engineering from California Polytechnic - Maritime Academy and an Executive MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to Fenomenon, Bryan served as Co-Founder & COO of DASH Systems, a venture-backed defense tech company, and in various board and executive consulting capacities across the aviation, tech and CPG hemispheres.
