Chris is the founder and Managing Partner of Myriad Venture Partners; formerly the founder and Managing Partner of Xerox Ventures, Xerox’s corporate venture capital fund ($250M AUM). In addition, Chris was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX). He led the company’s global corporate strategy function and oversaw global mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Xerox, Chris was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, a global law firm, where he advised private equity clients and global strategic clients on various transactions and governance. He began his legal career as an associate at Jenner & Block, focusing on earlystage investments, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and finance. Chris began his career in banking and was an assistance vice president at Bank of America with expertise in structured finance and global operations.

He has over 15 years in-depth operating, legal and investment/transaction experience in global financial institutions, law firms & corporations, with extensive network of operators, advisors, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Chris holds a law degree and business law certificate from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, with a specialization in finance.
