Chris is a founder and President of Salus GRC. Prior to Salus GRC, Chris was a Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice at Kroll LLC (formerly Duff & Phelps LLC and Kinetic Partners) from 2007 to 2023. Chris has extensive experience within the investment advisory industry as a lawyer, chief compliance officer, and consultant. He has worked closely with a number of private fund managers in all phases of their business including, formation and structuring, establishing compliance and operational infrastructures, identifying and addressing risks and conflicts, performing operational due diligence reviews, and preparing for and navigating regulatory examinations
