Douglas Eby is Founder and Managing Partner of BIOAXIA and Portfolio Manager of the BIOAXIA Life Sciences Fund LP, which is scheduled to launch in Q4 2024. Mr. Eby is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Science (CSC), a clinical stage biotechnology platform company, Co-Founder and has served as the launch CEO of three CSC therapeutic companies.

Mr. Eby was President of a value-based equity investment company with a focus on the life sciences industry. He led the company during a period of rapid growth when assets under management increased 10-fold from $800 million to $8 billion. The portfolio generated top quartile 15-year performance compared to all equity funds and top decile for 10 years. Mr. Eby was a Five-Star rated fund manager by Morningstar for most of his career.

Mr. Eby is a Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard Law School, where his work at Global Access in Action (GAIC) focuses on improving access to life saving medicines in underserved countries. He has served on the Board of Directors of Markel Group, Level 3 Communications and CBRE Realty, as an Advisory Director of Sallie Mae, and on the Board of Trustees of Suburban – John Hopkins Medicine.
