Jackie is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at 1414 Ventures, an early-stage Digital Identity sector focused venture firm. Key themes for investment include cybersecurity, identity access management, data governance, master data management, fraud prevention, encryption and data privacy. Previously, Jackie was a C-suite leader (former CEO, CMO, COO) and entrepreneur with deep financial services and multi-channel consumer experience both in the US and internationally. She has a proven track record as an operating and divisional CEO, having led businesses and run P&Ls ranging from startup to over $1 billion in revenue.

Her 25 years of operating, marketing and digital expertise spans across Staples, joining shortly after its IPO, Fidelity Investments, TIAA, and most recently Boston Private Financial Holdings (Nasdaq: BPFH) where she was an Executive Committee member, served on Boston Private Bank Board, on the Executive Loan Committee, and the Asset & Liability Management Committee. She is a broad-gauge and results-oriented executive leader and corporate board director with a track record of success across marketing, operations, technology, digital transformation, data science & analytics and client experience leadership roles.

Jackie has particular expertise in fin-tech, payments, risk management and has provided oversight on successfully meeting CCPA, GDPR and other privacy regulation requirements. She is skilled at building high-performing teams and scaling businesses and platforms through various growth phases. Her history of P&L management success as an operator is in growing as well as turning around troubled businesses and she has led in all phases of a company’s life cycle from startup to high growth, midsize and mature.

Jackie currently serves as a non executive director for TruStage (formerly CUNA Mutual Group) a $5 billion in revenue, mutually-owned, diversified financial service company. She is Chair, Human Capital & Compensation committee and serves on TruStage's Audit committee and Technology committee. She is a board director at Cygnetise, a digital signatory management company. Jackie is also on the advisory board of Perspective Equity partners, a lower middle market PE firm focused on U.S. tech-enabled and branded consumer companies. She is a member of MIT Media Lab's Decentralized AI roundtable and an expert mentor at MIT's Innovation Sandbox. She is a member of the Forbes Business Council and writes about emerging technology, corporate governance, and leadership.
