Jason Fleming joined Carta in 2018, contributing to the growth and development of the Fund Administration team since its inception. He has over 14 years of experience in fund services. In his current role, he works in tandem with product, engineering, and strategy teams to implement process and procedural enhancements within the Carta platform, driving its evolution into the ERP for private markets. Prior to joining Carta, Jason began his career at State Street Corporation, where he serviced mutual funds before transitioning to private equity fund accounting.
