Based in New York, Mr. John Tsui is the Managing Principal of Peninsula House, LLC which is a single-family office investing across alternative assets, as well as liquid investments. Investments encompass outsized high-yield alpha products, short-duration private lending, and private investment grade through funds, separate managed accounts, drawdown structure, co-GP funds or direct investments. Niche private investments include NAV loans, GP and LP liquidity solutions, sports media rights, bridge real estate structured loans, CRT risk transfer for banks, and secondary GP continuation. Mr. Tsui is a member of the Institutional Limited Partners Association, The Economic Club of New York, and the Advisory Board of Institutional Real Estate Americas Magazine. He was a former member of the Pension Real Estate Association and Young Presidents Association. He was appointed by Hon. John C. Whitehead to serve on the greater New York Council of the Board of Boy Scouts of America, as well as The Economic Club. He was an Adjunct Professor in the Master's program at Columbia University and lectured at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Tsinghua University. Mr. Tsui earned a BS from Michigan State University, an MS from Columbia University, and an OPM from Harvard Business School.
