Ryan McCreadie is Managing Partner of L’Enfant Capital Partners. Mr. McCreadie is a U.S. Navy veteran and experienced investment professional; he brings over a decade of leadership across the financial services and defense contracting sectors.Mr. McCreadie’s financial career includes roles at reputable firms such as Wells Fargo, BSI Financial, and Capital One Investing, where he served as Assistant Vice President. In that role, he managed a $50 million equity portfolio, overseeing investment research, trade execution, and strategy implementation for a diverse base of clients. In addition to his portfolio management experience, Mr. McCreadie brings international and blockchain experience through his work with Artis International, a firm he founded while living in Argentina. Artis International was a blockchain based business focused on delivering factoring services to small transportation providers across Argentina and Brazil to improve access to liquidity and streamline financial operations in underserved markets. In 2020, Mr. McCreadie had a unique opportunity to support a next-generation capabilities defense contract. He transitioned into the defense contracting space as Director of Operations at Epigen Technology, a government contractor specializing in AI development for the U.S. Department of Defense. There, he led the buildout of company-wide operational infrastructure, including the standardization of internal communications, workflows, and compliance procedures. Under his operational leadership, the firm grew from $10 million to $50 million in revenue over three years, delivering scalable AI solutions to support mission-critical programs. Throughout his career, McCreadie has cultivated deep expertise across asset classes, from equities to structured products such as Collateralized Mortgage Obligations. His diverse experience spanning global capital markets, national security innovation, and operations provides a strategic lens on how macroeconomic forces, policy dynamics, and technological disruption intersect to shape risk and opportunity in today’s investment environment. Mr. McCreadie has an undergraduate degree in International Business from Virginia Tech University and a Master’s in International Marketing and Commerce from UADE (Business University of Argentina)
