Course Overview

The Leading With Emotional Intelligence programme helps you enhance your leadership and coaching effectiveness by developing core Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills. Through interactive case studies, role-playing, and peer discussions, you’ll learn to apply EI concepts in real-world team and organisational contexts.

This course empowers you to understand your emotions, manage relationships, and leverage the social and emotional potential of your team to achieve measurable performance improvements.

Pre-course Requirements

• Delegates are required to complete the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) Self-Assessment, which will be sent to them prior to the start of the course
• The assessment results provide a foundation for understanding areas where improvement is needed and identifying specific aspects to focus on

Certification Criteria

You must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Completion:

• Satisfactory attendance: You must attend all sessions of the course. If, for any reason, you miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions, you will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
• Successful completion of the course assessment: Assessments will be ongoing and based on in-class participation and activities
