Empowering small teams, big impact
While our corporate leaders are trying to solve the big picture, as individuals it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the global challenges of our age. However, we have more agency than we think if we think big, act small.
In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are announcing the launch of our Women Mean Business initiative that will be integrated into our 2023 agenda. This project amplifies the voices of extraordinary women achieving the almost impossible. What is it about their mindset and structure of the team that makes them particularly successful at this?
Introducing Women Mean Business
The IMpower 2023 agenda has been integrated with content specifically to highlight these voices and the exceptional female-led high impact teams. Additionally, this initiative enables the industry to build connections with female leaders and allies, and goes a step further by enabling young talent to find their voice, using this platform as a springboard for their future career.

- Women Mean Business Lunch – honouring fighters fir women’s rights in Afghanistan
