Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is provided on Day 2 (4/15). This will take place in the prefunction space on the main level. We will have seating across the street in the park, and overflow in Ballroom DE.
Will there be gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at lunch?
Yes, we have worked with Levy to create options for everyone!
What is the app code?

Where do I pick up my name badge?
eTourism Summit registration will be held in the prefunction space outside of Ballroom DE.
What If I don’t get in until later?
You can still pick up your badge the next day.
What if I don’t have my badge for the reception?
You can show your app access.
What is the Wifi Information?
The network is visitcincy and the password is visitcincy
Do I have to wear white to get into the white party?
No, but we do recommend it!
Can I bring a bag to the white party?
Small bags and clutches are permitted. Large totes, backpacks and suitcases will not be accepted into Churchill Downs.
Can I bring a guest to the parties?
All guests must be registered prior to the show in order to attend events. Name badges are required for entry.
Where is lost and found?
For all lost and found inquiries, please check with KICC security.
Where is the info desk?
The info desk will be at each group’s registration.
