Profile

Katherine Quirke is a Director in KBRA’s Ratings Legal Group, where she focuses on RMBS, CMBS, CLO, and ABS structures.

Prior to joining KBRA, Katherine was as a senior associate in corporate law firm Arthur Cox LLP’s Capital Markets Group and before that was an associate in Clifford Chance LLP’s Structured, Asset-Backed, and Real Estate Finance team.

Katherine holds a first class masters in law from University College Cork, as well as a diploma in finance law from the Law Society of Ireland and a professional certificate in complex financial instruments from University College Dublin.
