Chief Risk Officer at Eksfin

Elizabeth Marinelli is Export Finance Norway’s (Eksfin) Chief Risk Officer and leads the Risk management and Research department, which encompasses credit, portfolio monitoring, research, restructuring and loan and guarantee administration. Elizabeth is a member of Eksfin’s management team and credit committee.

From 2021, and prior to the Eksfin merger in 2021, Elizabeth held various director positions at the Norwegian Export Credit Guarantee Agency (GIEK). She has also worked at the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing countries (Norfund), where she was Director of Financial Institutions and Private Equity fund investments.

Elizabeth started her career at Citibank, where she worked as a commercial banker. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Vanderbilt University.
