FEI is incredibly valuable to me because it expands my mind by showing me how other companies and industries are embracing innovation and change. I always come away with new viewpoints and inspirations that I never would have gotten if I’d stayed in my own little box.

In an era where collaboration and cross-disciplinary approaches are paramount, this theme couldn't be more timely or relevant. It's a great progression into what's truly needed for the industry to thrive and evolve.

In 2024, FEI is more relevant than ever as we’re at an Innovation Fulcrum Point. The advent of AI is ushering us into uncharted territory. It's vital for innovators to connect and expand their knowledge of key technologies to make informed decisions that will shape the future of our industries and businesses.

The Front End of Innovation conference is a gathering of practitioners and thought leaders. It gives us all the opportunity to skill-up and step-up to what our society needs more than anything - the courage and the competency to innovate.

Over the years, I’ve participated in quite a few innovation conferences, both as a participant and speaker. I already knew that FEI was the premier innovation conference, but hadn’t been a presenter until this year. I have to say, the experience was great and the execution was flawless from your team. You have clearly made the transition to virtual without losing the quality and sense of community that is so important for these events.

The FEI agenda this year [2024] is truly remarkable, covering all the hot-button issues top of mind for innovators. From collaboration to AI to people and talent, I'm eager to dive into the learning, sharing, and the collaborative spirit that defines this event. Here's to another inspiring and insightful FEI.

FEI has been my innovation community for the last two decades. It nurtured me in the early years when I was learning, and supported me as I grew into an innovation leader. I am now enjoying giving back to FEI as an advisory board member - sharing my experiences with innovation professionals who have newly entered the field, and practitioners who wish to impact to their businesses and missions.

Innovation transcends functions. It thrives in the spaces between disciplines. If you’re not engaging across functions, you’re missing out on true innovation. That’s why I’m eagerly anticipating the interdisciplinary interactivity at FEI 2024.

Compared to other innovation events that focus on ideation and execution, [the FEI 2024] agenda is balanced and includes strategy, foresight, and a data-driven approach to innovation.

I had the honor of speaking at the 2020 Front End of Innovation conference, coordinated by Informa Connect. Especially in “COVID times,” when so many people suffer from video meeting and conference fatigue, the steps to engage as an attendee, let alone speaker, can seem exhausting. NOT the case with Informa Connect. The entire team was proactive, flexible, highly professional and kind. I would engage them to manage a conference our team, department or function hosted without hesitation!
