Aditya has spent the last five years at Capital One, most recently serving as a Vice President in Business Cards & Payments Tech in the Card Tech+ organization. In his current role, he leads a team of engineers focused on Commercial Card technology and the Brex Integration into Capital One. Prior to this work, he served as the Divisional Chief Architect for the Card business leading senior architects and distinguished engineers in delivering major Card and cross-LOB initiatives. Before Capital One, Aditya led large-scale enterprise transformations at EY and Accenture serving cross-functional business, product, and tech teams at various fintechs in Silicon Valley and other major financial services firms in the US and UK.
