Amber Hill
Vice President of eServices and Video Services at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union
Speaker

Profile

Amber Hill joined Michigan State University Federal Credit Union in 2013 and currently serves as the Vice President of eServices and Video Services. She began her career in customer-facing and operational roles before moving into enterprise service operations, where she spent more than a decade advancing through call center leadership. Throughout that time, Amber guided high‑volume, complex environments through rapid transformation—modernizing service delivery models, enhancing agent capabilities, and improving outcomes for both members and employees.

In her current role, Amber oversees the Credit Union’s eServices and Video Services channels. She is focused on creating seamless omnichannel experiences by integrating digital self‑service, assisted digital tools, and human-to-human interaction. Her passion lies in designing customer experience ecosystems where technology elevates, rather than replaces, genuine human connection, ensuring members can move smoothly between digital and live support based on their needs and intent.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Amber is actively engaged in her community, where she volunteers her time to mentor and support emerging leaders. She works closely with a network of women leaders, helping them strengthen their leadership capabilities, build confidence, and navigate personal and professional growth. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Public Relations from the University of South Florida, an MBA from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School, and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
