Darius Wise is President and CEO of Red Rocks Credit Union, where he leads the strategic growth and innovation of one of Colorado’s premier member-owned financial institutions. Since joining in 2019, he has served as Chief Impact Officer, President/COO, and now CEO, guiding the credit union’s mission to enrich lives by combining trusted, people-first service with modern digital tools.

With more than 25 years of experience in business transformation and organizational leadership, Darius has a proven record of driving mission-aligned growth across nonprofit, charitable, and financial sectors. His leadership is anchored in empathy, inclusion, and innovation, bringing both stability and fresh vision to Red Rocks’ nearly 18,000 members across Arapahoe, Douglas, and Jefferson Counties.

Darius holds a bachelor’s degree from Morris Brown College, advanced studies in Intercultural Leadership, and executive certifications in leadership and fintech from MIT and Cornell. He also serves on the Board of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
