John Bonhard is a Principal at Blueprint Equity, where he focuses on investing in efficient, high-growth B2B software companies. His areas of interest include vertical SaaS, mission-critical operating systems, cybersecurity, and fintech. At Blueprint, he works across sourcing, diligence, and post-investment value creation, partnering with founders on go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and scaling initiatives. He serves on the boards of Sprocket Security, TenFore Golf, Cyrisma, RocketRez, Tovuti, and Yogi, and has led Blueprint’s investments in Builder Prime, Ressio, and Develo.

Prior to joining Blueprint, John was a Vice President at Beringea, where he sourced and executed investments and supported portfolio companies across enterprise software, ecommerce, adtech/martech, healthcare technology, and tech-enabled services. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at PMCF, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions. John earned a B.A. in finance from Michigan State University.
