Jonathan Krutchik is a co-founder of ValueAssure, a next-generation platform focused on protecting vehicle owners from the financial impact of post-accident diminished value—an exposure not covered by traditional auto insurance.

He previously co-founded ValueShield, the first solution to address diminished value in the automotive industry. Under his leadership, the company scaled nationally, generating approximately $100 million in retail revenue in its first five years before being acquired. The platform continued to grow significantly following the exit, further validating the underlying model and market demand.

An entrepreneur for over three decades, Jonathan has founded, scaled, and exited multiple businesses across industries, beginning with a telecommunications company he built from startup to $25 million in annual revenue, along with several other successful ventures.

He has deep experience across automotive retail, F&I products, underwriting structures, and large-scale distribution partnerships, and is currently focused on scaling ValueAssure as a national platform.
