Vivek Sinha is VP of AI Products at Five9, where he leads the Self Service, Agent Assist and other AI products. Before Five9, Vivek held product leadership roles at companies such as Adobe and Google, where he built and scaled AI-powered enterprise products. He is a practitioner-first product leader with deep experience translating emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for large enterprise customers. His current focus at Five9 is on bringing enterprise-grade agentic AI to real-world customer-experience deployments.
