Zakie Twainy is principal of digital partnerships and strategic investments at BNY Mellon where she operates the BNY Mellon Accelerator Program and manages critical partnerships with early-stage startups, portfolio companies, and the venture capital community. With a deep background building both startups and technology platforms from the ground up, she is adept at devising strategies that help companies scale and grow. Prior to BNY Mellon, she was on the founding teams of Instabot and FlyCleaners, was a product consultant at ROKO Labs, and started her career in fintech at Capital IQ (acquired by Standard & Poor’s). Zakie founded the Corporate Innovation Council and has an MBA from Columbia University.
