What are FSD Chefs Immersion?
Join elite noncommercial foodservice professionals at exclusive three-day culinary immersion experiences. Each event takes place at leading university campuses, providing hands-on kitchen access, local ingredient sourcing tours, and collaborative menu development sessions designed specifically for institutional foodservice operations.
What happens at the Chefs Immersion?
This invite-only event curates a group of 15 of the top noncommercial chefs to connect, collaborate and create at university campuses across the country.
Connect. The whole program is designed to give chefs the opportunity to connect with each other during immersive networking events, fueling conversations that continue way beyond the end of the event.
Collaborate. Team up to develop new culinary innovations at this culinary “think tank,” with a pantry stocked with some of the best ingredients available to noncommercial foodservice.
Create. Work alongside your peers in the kitchen to create new menu items that can be implemented in your foodservice program in the future.
