Operator
An individual who works for a restaurant or noncommercial foodservice operation (i.e. healthcare, C/U, military).

Sponsor
An individual who works for a company that is a sponsor of the conference.

The "Other" registration type is used for non-sponsoring industry suppliers, service providers and consultants.
