The "Other" registration type is used for non-sponsoring industry suppliers, service providers and consultants. A registration fee is required to attend the conference and it will be charged during the registration process. The FS/TEC registration fee is fully refundable for those who cancel their registration by September 12, 2026. Cancellation after September 12, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

FS/TEC 2026 takes place at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, which is about an 8-minute drive away from the DFW airport. Click the button below for more information on taxis, ride-share options, hotel parking, and more.

Upon arriving at the FSTEC Registration & Information Desk you will be asked to scan your personalized QR code to verify your identity. Your QR code can be found in your "Know Before You Go" email sent from fsevents@informa.com approximately 1 week prior to the event start.

Please note that without your QR code, you will need a valid picture ID and business card that matches your approved registration information.

Complimentary wireless internet will be provided throughout the meeting space. Login details will be provided at the conference registration desk.

Please be vigilant if approached by any company representing themselves as the housing provider for FS/TEC. These companies will offer to make hotel reservations within the room block on your behalf or misrepresent themselves as agents of the hotel. Please note that FS/TEC does not rent, share or sell your contact information to any third parties.

The companies that we have been made aware of are Convention Housing Planners Corp, Expo Housing Services and Exhibitors Housing Management. Please let us know as soon as possible if another company reaches out to you.

FS/TEC is not utilizing the services of any housing agent or third party and the host hotel will never reach out to attendees to solicit booking rooms. Please only make your accommodations using the link in your registration confirmation email.
