Brooks Schaden is the Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tom’s Watch Bar, where he is responsible for brand strategy, performance, and the company’s growth into new states and markets. Brooks has been instrumental to the company since its inception, having initially served as Chief Financial Officer. An accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment, finance and entrepreneurship, Brooks previously served as President and CEO of SIF Partners, overseeing all aspects of brands and investments. Brooks spent the early years of his career in various roles at Merrill Lynch and ABN AMRO before founding Baseline Partners, a private equity investment fund primarily focused on emerging markets. He has played a critical role in the development of other high-growth restaurant concepts, including Smashburger. Brooks currently leads Tom’s Watch Bar alongside Co-CEO Shannon McNiel. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
