Cathy Chavenet is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of R&D at Paris Baguette, North America. Prior to joining Paris Baguette, she led marketing strategies for Duck Donuts as well as larger brands such as Dunkin’ and the Wendy’s Company. In addition to marketing, Cathy has worked in operations as well as training. She studied International Culinary Arts in Glion, Switzerland and began her career as an entrepreneur, owning & operating several Bakery-Café locations in Paris, France as well as New York City.
