Chris Padilla is the Vice President of Brand Technology at Dine Brands. He is an accomplished technology executive overseeing brand technology, restaurant technology products, and customer success for over 3,500 Applebee's and IHOP locations worldwide. Focused on delivering exceptional experiences for franchisees, above-restaurant management, front and back-of-house teams, and guests alike, Chris inspires his team to exceed expectations and drive operational excellence through technology enablement.

Chris has a proven track record of developing scalable products and leading strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Dine Brands, he held various technology and product leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Marriott International, Pitney Bowes, Sikorsky Aircraft, and United Technologies. Most recently, Chris served as Vice President of Product at Anywhere Real Estate, where he led the launch of three major digital, marketing, and lead-generation products across six iconic real estate brands and 1,800 franchisees—unlocking performance, productivity, and organic growth.
